These selections are priced per person as well. All selections include salad and a basket of breads.

Salad Selections

Choice of One (Add one more, for an extra dollar per person)

Garden Salad, fresh vegetables, cheese and croutons with a selection of dressings.
Pasta salad with olives, onions, tomatoes, eggs and an light Italian vinaigrette.
Caesar Salad with baked croutons, parmesan cheese on a bed of fresh Romaine lettuce.

Wild mushroom salad with a sherry truffle oil ginger vinaigrette and feta cheese

Fresh Spinach Salad with a red wine and bacon dressing, pinion nuts, red onions, and blue cheese. $1.50 per person extra

*Meat Buffet - Roast Prime rib, honey ham, braised chicken with roasted garlic potatoes, and fresh vegetables. $18.00 per person

*Seafood Buffet - Crab legs with drawn butter, shrimp scampi, and oysters on the half shell,
Served with fresh vegetables. $ 17.00 per person

* If you would like a chef for this station to carve, there is a $ 35.00 fee.

Lemon dill crusted Salmon- Salmon marinated in lemon juice and dill white wine, breaded and baked golden brown, served with fresh broccoli, and wild rice pilaf.

London Broil - Red Wine Marinated Steak, roasted with onions, carrots and seasonings.
Served with roasted garlic red potatoes, fresh vegetables, and grilled mushrooms on the side.

Braised Pork Chops- White wine pork chops with Pearle onions and buttered rosemary potatoes, and green bean almandine. $ 9.50 per person

Chicken Marsala - Breast of Chicken marinated in Marsala, fresh garlic and fresh basil, baked and laid on a bed of seasoned rice with a light sauce, sautéed onions, and mushrooms.
$ 9.00 per person

Pasta Bar- Pasta's (Choose one)- Penne, Fettucini or Bow Tie. Served with Roasted basil and garlic Alfredo sauce, Red bell pepper marinara with fresh parmesan cheese on the side. Add grilled vegetables for 50 cents extra per person. Add grilled shrimp and salmon or chicken for $2.00 extra per person. $ 8.50 per person

Roasted Tomato and Spinach Lasagna - Layers of fresh noodles with tomatoes and fresh spinach, ricotta cheese, onions, fresh garlic and a marinara sauce.

Multiple Course Style

To create a enchanted evening, these selections are available in multiple served courses. Please add a 25% multiple course style fee, this does include a sorbet with a cookie for dessert.

There is a delivery, set-up, service, and gratuity fee of 15% added to the bill. All buffets include paper plates, utensils, napkins. Arrangements can be made to upgrade your event by renting china, silverware, glassware, and or linens. Servers are available at an hourly rate of $10.00 per server. Please notify us directly of any cancellations within a 48 hour notice of the event.
